Marhaba
It is the first word you will hear here.
In Morocco you are not received as a customer, but as someone. People will ask where you come from before they ask what you want. You will be served mint tea, poured from a height into a small glass, and then poured again — accepting is already saying yes.
This is a country where someone gives you directions by walking you there. Where a craftsman puts down his tool to show you how he works. Where you are invited to lunch on a Friday, because Friday is couscous day.
Kasbahs, dunes and medinas — everyone has those. What no itinerary can contain is the way you will be received. That is why, since 2000, we have worked with people from here: our guides, our drivers, our riad and desert-camp hosts.
Marhaba bikom. You are most welcome.
What that changes for you
Hospitality is not a promise. It is something you organise.
Not a random sign: our representative, with your name, and the car already there. Every transfer of the trip is arranged the same way.
A genuine Moroccan guide carries an official badge. Ours do, they speak English and French, and they open the workshops and rooftops you would never find on your own.
Medina riads, mountain guesthouses, desert camps: we have worked with the same families for years. They know who you are before you arrive.
An agency in Marrakech since 2000, and support you can reach throughout your stay. If anything unexpected happens, you call us and we sort it out.
A few words to say hello
Nobody expects you to speak Arabic. But one word changes a conversation.
Where to next?
You know how you will be received. Now choose where to go.
