Forty-five minutes from Marrakech, the Ourika valley is the people of Marrakech's favourite escape into nature. The river winds between orchards, Berber villages and restaurant terraces set right in the water.
At the head of the valley, the village of Setti Fatma is the starting point for a walk up to seven waterfalls. A taste of the High Atlas in half a day.
