Frequently asked questions
What fitness does Toubkal require?
The ascent takes two days with a night in a refuge: good fitness is enough, no technical skill in summer. In winter it is done with crampons and a mountain guide.
Can it be done in a single day?
Yes. We run fine day walks from Imlil or the Ourika, without aiming for the summit.
Which season do we choose?
April to October for walking. Winter for snow and winter trekking, always with a guide.
