From Ouarzazate to Zagora, the Draa valley follows Morocco's longest river through an unbroken palm grove dotted with kasbahs and earthen villages.
This is the ancestral caravan road to Timbuktu. It leads to the Tinfou dunes and on to Erg Chigaga, the wildest desert in the country.
