The Dades valley unrolls its earthen kasbahs, palm groves and fields between Ouarzazate and the gorges. Its spectacular road hairpins and its 'monkey finger' rock formations are legendary.
In spring, the neighbouring Valley of Roses (Kelaat M'Gouna) fills with scent and turns pink for its annual festival.

The blossom and the rose festival take place in early May at Kelaat M'Gouna, in the next valley. We can time the stop to those dates if you wish.
Is the Dades road difficult?
The hairpins are impressive, the road is surfaced and our drivers know it well. We go through late in the day, when the light is at its best.
